Triple Crown's hand-painted signage immediately caught my eye when I first drove past it. I believe only one other store in San Marcos has hand painted signage which makes Triple Crown a unique oddity. The large black Sans Serif (most likely Helvetica judging from the rounded off square tail of the R) looks great contrasted against the grey brick wall. The red shadowing is also a nice touch.
My favorite type on the signage is the subtle brush script set between the extended T and N. The light, fluid quality is tasteful when set underneath the dark, bold sans serif. The enter sign is a nice homage to soda bars and beer halls from years ago.I find the 'wifi' a bit humorous when set in a classic style as it is.
